Boxes & packaging materials for sale

Boxes and packing materials can be purchased from our company.

We have individual pieces and there are moving packs available - details are further down this page.

All boxes are sold but a refund is given on each box returned in good order - see individual items for price and refund.

Boxes and packing materials are delivered FREE for our customers that we are moving and will be added to the account on moving day

You do not have to be using us for your removal to be able to purchase boxes from us, however there is a delivery charge based on the distance - POA

You can pick up your stock from our warehouse if you give us a day or 2 notice and we can have them ready for you.

The staff at Ryde Furniture Freighters are only a phone call away to advise you on what size and how many boxes you may require.

If you are doing your own packing, we have a section on our web site with handy hints to help make your packing much easier.

There are times when we do have 2nd hand boxes available - the prices vary depending on how many times they have been used, please ask the office when you call to place your order.

Individual stock available:

Porta Robes $19 including rail - buy back $8

Ryde Furniture Freighters will supply up to 5 porta robes per move free of charge, these are set up at the beginning of the move and taken back after the unload. If you require them before the move or clothes left in them once the move is finished the rate of $19 will be charged with the buy back applicable when they are returned.

Large Box / Tea chest - $5.50 - buy back $1

This size is ideal for pots, pans, plastics, large items, blankets, linen. We suggest crockery and glasses are not packed in these boxes

Small box / book wine - $4.50 - buy back $1

This size is for books, heavy food items, heavy electrical items, wine and bottles and small heavy items

Butcher's paper - $10 for approximately 100 sheets

This is ideal for wrapping all your crockery and glasses. Newspaper leaves marks and goods have to be rewashed after unpacking.

High quality marking pens - $3.50

Tissue paper - $10 for approximately 100 sheets

Tissue paper gives extra protection for your delicate items

Bubble wrap - $2.50 per metre

For large delicate items, or extra protection for expensive ornaments, crockery or glasses.

Fragile stickers - $1.50 per pack of 10
